Twitter Responds To Ravens Owner Steve Bisciotti's Press Conference
Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti held a press conference Monday and criticized an ESPN report that he tried to persuade NFL officials to be lenient on Ray Rice after the running back was arrested for hitting his then-fiancee in an Atlantic City elevator.
Bisciotti denied seeing the now infamous videotape, denied being too cozy with NFL Commish Roger Goodell and refused to apologize for sending Rice texts saying he loved him and offering him a job down the road. Bisciotti also claims "I believe this was Ray's one terrible moment."
Needless to say, the Twitterverse had strong opinions.
Here are the top 15 top reactions from the sports world, sports fans and hardcore critics.

Bisciotti: "I'm not going to look at my guys and wonder who the next one will be to disappoint us." My guess: a player named Ray.

Bisciotti's news conference should not have been the result of the ESPN report. It should have been the result of the TMZ video.

Wow, Bisciotti went there. Suggests that zero tolerance will breed environment of false accusal to take players out of the game.

If I heard Bisciotti right, he had no desire to see the tape because he might have felt the need to punish Rice further. Ok. #Ravens #NFL

Forget the elevator video, it remains to be asked: how in the hell did Bisciotti think Janay Palmer Rice became unconscious?

People are so quick to just write a guy off... and flush him down the toilet. I admire Bisciotti for leaving the door open for redemption.

Man, @EdgeofSports just cut through the Bisciotti/Goodell BS: "Ray Rice might be the only one telling the truth here." Let that sink in.
