Tony Bennett Celebrates 90th Birthday With Lady Gaga At The Empire State Building
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Tony Bennett answered birthday wishes from someone in the crowd as he and Lady Gaga appeared in the lobby of the Empire State Building for his 90th birthday.
"What a thrill it is to have a birthday like this," he said.
As 1010 WINS' Holli Haerr reported, the pair posed for pictures and flipped a giant switch ahead of a music and light show.
The Empire State Building's famous lights are being synced to Bennett's music.
Besides winning multiple Grammys Bennett is a painter. Some of his work will be on display at the Empire State Building this week.
