Skylar stars as Isaiah Miller, the assistant to former President Richard Graves played by Nick Nolte. Graves has been out of the White House for 30 years and is in the middle of an existential crisis.

"I play a bright, shining young Republican who is so excited to have the dream job of his lifetime ... and then I realize he is a complete mess. Basically, I've been dropped in the Addams Family," Astin said of his character's relationship with Graves.
