Stephanie & Tony's Table: Rigatoni With Chorizo
Rigatoni with chorizo
Ingredients:
2 links chorizo
1/2 medium white onion chopped
6 oz rigatoni
4 oz chick peas
3 oz olive oil
2 oz parsley
Pepper and red flakes to taste.
Directions:
In a pot of salted boiling water add your pasta cook for 6 to 8 minutes In a sauté pan heat up your olive oil add white onions and chorizo. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Now add your chickpeas and your pasta.
Add pasta water if needed. Let simmer together for 3 to 4 minutes now add parsley pepper and red pepper flakes.
Serve.
