Bicyclist Killed In Brooklyn Hit-And-Run
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A bicyclist was killed in a hit-and-run Tuesday evening in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn.
Can Reng Ma, 54, was riding his bike around 5 p.m. Tuesday when he was struck by a Rider truck on Avenue U at East 9th Street about a mile from his home.
The victim was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
The truck did not remain at the scene.
Police said it is possible the truck driver did not know he hit Ma, 1010 WINS' Glenn Schuck reported.
