NYPD Searching For Suspect Who Shot Man In Queens Village
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted for shooting a 43-year-old man in Queens.
The victim was sitting in the front passenger seat of a Honda Accord on Monday around 4:10 p.m. when he was shot in the right thigh, authorities said.
The shooting happened on 231st Street in Queens Village.
The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Police described the suspect as a black male with a goatee, 5'10" tall and about 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray baseball hat, black sunglasses, a white LA Dodgers jersey (#66), and black and white Nike sneakers.
