Gas Leak Forces Dozens Out Of Brooklyn Building

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Workers were on the scene of a gas leak in Brooklyn on Friday night.

They're inspecting a gas main on Stratford Road in the Prospect Park South section.

Fumes from the main seeped into a nearby building, forcing the evacuation of some 80 people Friday afternoon.

No one was injured, and residents have been allowed to return home.

There's no word on what caused the leak.
