Police: Suspects Robbed Wheelchair-Bound Man In His Own Bronx Apartment

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Tuesday were asking the public to help find three suspects who allegedly invaded the home of a wheelchair-bound man, and robbed him at gunpoint, in the Bronx.

Around 11 a.m. this past Dec. 14, the suspects stormed into the 40-year-old victim's apartment in the Morrisania section of the Bronx and held him at gunpoint in his own bathroom, police said.

The suspects stole a Sony Playstation 4, a Nintendo Wii, miscellaneous clothing items, and $175 in cash, police said.

The suspects were described as three Hispanic males – one about 6 feet tall with half of his face covered in a black mask, one wearing a gray hoodie, and one wearing a black mask and a black hoodie.

Police have released a surveillance video of the suspects.
