Police: Suspect Sought In Queens Sex Assault

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police have released a surveillance photo and a sketch of a suspect who they say is wanted in a sex assault of a woman in Queens.

It happened just before 7 p.m. Tuesday on Queens Boulevard and 76th Road in Forest Hills.

Police said the suspect followed a 47-year-old woman into her building, grabbed her from behind and sexually abused her. He then threw her to the ground before running off, police said.

The woman suffered minor injuries to her right arm and knee and was treated at Elmhurst General Hospital, police said.
