Police: Suspect Robbed Gas Station Of $800 In Brighton Beach, Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police released surveillance photos and video Monday of a suspect who allegedly held up a gas station at gunpoint in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn.

The robbery happened at 12:49 a.m. Saturday, police said.

The suspect entered the gas station at 292 Neptune Ave. in Brooklyn, took out a long-barrel firearm, and took $800 from the 60-year-old male victim, police said.

Police have released surveillance video showing the suspect exiting a car at the gas station with the gun drawn, and with the victim in what appears to be an office in the gas station.

Police described the suspect as being about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 200 pounds.
