East Harlem Boy Found More Than 2 Days After Vanishing
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 15-year-old boy was found Thursday night, more than two and a half days after vanishing from his home in East Harlem.
Chris Sambula had last been seen around 7:35 a.m. Tuesday, leaving his apartment in the George Washington Carver Houses public housing development building at 60 E. 104th St.
Sambula was going off to school at the time, police said.
Police said Sambula was found safe on Thursday night when he walked into a youth center.
Further details about his disappearance were not immediately learned.
