Police Search For Suspected Gunman In Bronx Nightclub Shooting

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police Friday night asked the public to help them find a suspect in a shooting last weekend in a Bronx nightclub.

Shortly before 4 a.m. this past Sunday, a 24-year-old man was shot in the left ankle during a quarrel inside the Garage nightclub, at 2260 Tillotson Ave. near Co-Op City, police said.

The victim was treated at Jacobi Medical Center, police said.

Police have identified Marlon Young, 32, as a suspect. He is described as a black male standing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police have released a photo of Young.

Anyone with information was asked to call the NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS, log onto the Crime Stoppers website, or text tips to 274637 (CRIMES) and enter TIP577.
