Police Search For Suspect In Deadly Bedford-Stuyvesant Stabbing

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police late Friday were asking the public to help them find a suspect in a stabbing that killed a man in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn last weekend.

Around 12:40 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, the suspect got into an argument with the 37-year-old man, and stabbed him multiple times in the torso in front of a building at 309 Hart St. in Brooklyn, police said.

The victim, whose identity has not been released, was taken to Woodhull Medical Center in critical condition, police said. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police released a surveillance video of a vehicle connected to the incident. The vehicle passes down the street, reverses, and finally rolls off.

The video also shows a person running from the scene.
