Police Search For Lake Ronkonkoma Bank Robber
LAKE RONKONKOMA, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Suffolk County police are looking for a man who robbed a bank in Lake Ronkonkoma on Tuesday.
The robber entered the TD Bank at 474 Portion Road around 1:45 p.m., demanded cash and threatened a teller with the use of gun, police said. He fled on foot.
The suspected is described as white and about 5 feet, 10 inches tall with a slim build. He was wearing a black mask and yellow raincoat.
Police are asking anyone with information about the robbery to leave an anonymous tip at 800-220-TIPS.
