Police Search For Gunman Who Shot, Wounded Man In Queens Bowling Alley
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Monday were asking the public to help them find a suspect in a shooting that left a man wounded in a Queens bowling alley this past weekend.
Shortly after 10 p.m. this past Saturday, the suspect fired about five shots at the 36-year-old man in front of the Jib Lanes bowling alley, at 67-19 Parsons Blvd. in Flushing, Queens.
The victim was taken to New York Hospital Queens, where he was in stable condition as of Monday, police said.
The suspect ran off in an unknown direction, police said. There were no other reports of injuries.
The suspect was described as a black male in his mid- to late 30s, standing about 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, with a medium build.
Police have released a surveillance video two people running back into the bowling alley for cover, while the suspect fires shots close behind in the entryway and then turns to run back out.
