PATH Running Weekend Ferry Service To Make Up For Limited Trains
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Good news for travelers who rely on PATH trains to get in and out of Manhattan.
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced weekend ferry service to make up for limited train service, CBS 2 reported.
PATH service between Jersey City's Exchange Place and World Trade Center stations is suspended for most weekends until the end of this year.
The Port Authority is in the process of installing a new safety system.
Weekend ferries are now running between Paulus Hook terminal and the World Financial Center terminal through May 4.
