Abandoned Building In Paterson, NJ Destroyed, 3 Others Damaged In Suspicious Fire

PATERSON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Investigators say a fire that destroyed an abandoned building in Paterson, New Jersey, is suspicious.
The Friday morning fire charred the three-story building on Fair Street and collapsed part of the roof.
Three other buildings were damaged.
The intense heat partly melted the siding and fence of a home next door.
Two firefighters had minor injuries.
Authorities say the house will be demolished.
The arson unit is investigating.
