New York City falls in national rattiest city rankings
NEW YORK -- There's good news in New York City's war on rats.
New York has fallen a spot on the Rattiest Cities in the Country list, ranked by pest control company Orkin.

Chicago, the longtime number one rattiest city, held on to the top spot, but Los Angeles is now number two, overtaking New York.
New York slipped to number three.
The list is based on the demand for rodent control services and the steps residents and businesses take to get rid of rats.
