NYPD: Man Arrested For Punching Woman In Subway

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police say a man caught on camera punching a woman after she accidentally bumped into him at a subway station has been arrested.
It happened around 7:30 p.m. Sunday inside the A train station on 42nd Street.
Police said 36-year-old Carl Louis, of Queens was charged with second-degree assault Tuesday.
The 48-year-old woman suffered a cut to her face and was treated at a nearby hospital.
