NYPD Continues Search For Driver In Fatal Bronx Hit-And-Run

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is on the hunt for a driver in a fatal hit-and-run in the Bronx.

The incident happened just before 9 p.m. on Saturday on East Fordham Road and Morris Avenue in the Fordham Manor section of the borough.

Witnesses told police the driver hit two pedestrians before driving off.

A 44-year-old woman died at the hospital. A 53-year-old woman is in critical condition at St. Barnabas Hospital.

Police said they are now looking for a dark-colored sedan.
