CBS News New York

NEW YORK -- Police are searching for two people they say broke into a Brooklyn smoke shop through a hole in a wall five times in the past month.

The pair allegedly stole at least $3,500 in cash, $2,700 in lottery tickets and $1,000 in cigar and vape products from the store on the corner of Bedford and Greene avenues in Bedford-Stuyvesant

Investigators said the burglars entered a neighboring apartment through a window, then broke a hole in the wall on Sept. 11. An hour later, they allegedly went into the smoke shop and stole $600 in cash.

Police said they returned and struck again on Sept. 29, Oct. 2 and Oct. 16.
