NYPD Releases Body Cam Video From Police-Involved Shooting On Staten Island

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has released police body cam video from the July police-involved shooting that injured a man on Staten Island.
Video shows the 45-year-old taking off while EMS workers attempted to treat him.

Later, officers opened fire inside an apartment complex when police say the man lunged at them while swinging a metal pipe.
He faces a series of charges.
