3/2 CBS2 Wednesday Afternoon Weather Headlines
By Justin Lewis
It will remain blustery into this afternoon with wind chills in the low 30s -- much colder than early this morning! The said, if you step out, have that heavier coat because you'll certainly need it. Outside of the dramatic temperature drop and blustery winds, there's not much else going on -- just some chilly sunshine to enjoy.
The evening rush will be rather cold, with wind chills dipping into the 20s. And the breeze will continue into this evening; letting up some overnight. Expect temperatures around sunrise in the mid 20s.
After a cold start to your Thursday, we'll climb some with just some extra clouds into the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid-to-upper 30s.
Some snow showers and light snow will push in from west to east late tomorrow evening and stay with us through the morning rush. This isn't looking like a major event, but it could make for a tricky rush for some commuters. After that, the snow will make its exit south and east through the day, with snowfall amounts of a trace to 2" expected.
