NYPD: 28-Year-Old Woman Shot To Death Outside Catering Hall In Cypress Hills, Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is investigating a deadly shooting outside a Brooklyn catering hall.
Police said 28-year-old Stephanie Munoz was shot and killed just after 6 a.m. on Sunday outside the Celebration Events and Party Hall on Atlantic Avenue in Cypress Hills.
Police said another person was also shot, but survived. It's unclear if the victims were targeted, or what led to the violence.
No arrests have been made.
