NJ Troopers Arrest Man On State's Top 12 Most Wanted List

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- State Troopers have nabbed a man who was featured on New Jersey's Top 12 Most Wanted Fugitive list.

David Burroughs was wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office after failing to appear in court on charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, and endangering the welfare of an injured victim.

Burroughs, of Jersey City, was put on the state's Top 12 Most Wanted Fugitive list in 2013.

Following an investigation, detectives located the 32-year-old at 180 Danforth Ave.

Troopers were able to arrest Burroughs without incident. He's being held at Hudson County Jail without bail.

State police were aided in the investigation by the U.S. Marshals Newark and Camden divisions, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office, and the Jersey City Police Department.
