Poll finds former governor Andrew Cuomo narrowly trailing Gov. Kathy Hochul if he were to run in Democratic primary
NEW YORK -- A new poll shows a hypothetical matchup between New York Gov. Kathy Hochul and former governor Andrew Cuomo.
The poll from The Hill and Emerson College shows Hochul at 37%, but Cuomo is just four points behind at 33%.
The former governor has not announced any future political plans.
Democratic Congressman Tom Suozzi is a very distant third at 7%.
New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams is fourth at 4%.
