New Rochelle Police Search For Suspect After Reports Of Shots Fired
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) –Police in New Rochelle, N.Y., are on the hunt for a suspect after receiving reports of shots fired Thursday near Nature Study Woods.
1010 WINS reported that police have no information yet on who the shooter was or if there were any injuries.

Police were questioning a suspect about firing a gun, Haskell reported Thursday afternoon.
New Rochelle High School was put on lockout for an hour at 12:22 p.m. due to the incident, the district said in a statement. The district said classes continued as usual and the lockout concluded at 1:28 p.m.
The statement then says the school was put on a second lockout at 2:23 p.m. Students were dismissed later in the day, Haskell reported.
