Coast Guard searching for missing kayaker Zhen-Jiang Ding in Keyport Harbor
KEANSBURG, N.J. -- The Coast Guard and local agencies are looking for a missing kayaker in Keyport Harbor.
Zhen-Jiang Ding, 74, was last seen on his multicolored kayak near a marina in Keansburg, Monmouth County.
The Coast Guard says a report was received at 6:30 p.m. Monday from Keyport Police that Ding's kayak, along with personal belongings, were found near a park.
There was no sign of Ding in the area.
The Coast Guard suspended their search around 6 p.m. Tuesday.
