NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The New York Mets teamed up with the New York Blood Center for its winter blood drive Wednesday.
People rolled up their sleeves at Citi Field, hoping to help with a shortage.
Organizers say they haven't been able to hold the event for nearly two years because of the pandemic.
Those who donated blood received a voucher for two tickets to a Mets game.
