Massive Blaze Breaks Out At Brentwood Gas Station
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- A massive fire caused significant damage to a Brentwood gas station.
Firefighters were able to keep the flames from spreading to nearby fuel pumps.
"Once the fire started we ran out," a mechanic told 1010 WINS' Darius Radzius.
A female firefighter was treated for smoke inhalation. A fire truck was also damaged by a fire extinguisher that shot out of the building, a fire official said.
Investigators suspect the fire started in an area where cars were being repaired.
