Driver crashes into scaffolding in Manhattan

NEW YORK -- Police say a woman driving without a license crashed into scaffolding overnight in Manhattan.

It happened around 2 a.m. near East 52nd Street and First Avenue.

Police said the 21-year-old driver hit the gas instead of the brake.

She was issued a summons for not having a license.
