Man Wanted For Bronx Beauty Salon Burglary

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The New York City Police Department is searching for a suspect who allegedly broke into a Bronx beauty salon last week.

Police say that on November 26th, an unidentified man forced his way into the Dominican Beauty Salon on East 169th Street through the side door.

The man removed a TV and personal items from inside the salon, according to police. He then fled westbound on East 169th Street towards Prospect Avenue.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 35-years-old, 5'11" tall, and approximately 230 pounds with short black hair.

According to police he was last seen wearing a black skullcap with black sneakers, a white snorkel jacket, and blue jeans.
