WEST BABYLON, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A suspect was arrested and charged Thursday in a 2010 shooting that left a man dead in West Babylon, Long Island.

Marcus Lewis, 32, of Brooklyn, was charged with second-degree murder in the Sept. 25, 2010 shooting that killed Michael Anderson, according to Suffolk County police.

Around 2:20 a.m. that day, Anderson and a friend were walking back to the Stone Hedge Pub, at 713 Sunrise Highway in West Babylon, after buying cigars at a nearby gas station, police said.
