West Street Reopens In Lower Manhattan
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Parts of Lower Manhattan's west side remained closed Wednesday as the investigation continued into Tuesday's deadly terror attack.
Shortly after 6:30 p.m., however, West Street reopened to traffic in both directions.
Authorities said drivers should expect residual delays in the area.
Following a prior closure, all lanes of West St have reopened in Manhattan. Expect residual delays.
