(CBS) -- Republican Senators Ted Cruz and John Cornyn and Democratic Congressman Joaquin Castro are leading dueling delegations of lawmakers to the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas on Friday, amid concerns over the surge of unaccompanied minors crossing the border.
