L Train Service Resumes In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – L train service has been restored following this morning's disruptions.
Service was suspended around 6:30 a.m. between the Lorimer Street and Broadway Junction stations in Brooklyn.
Trains are now moving in both directions along the L line after our teams made repairs to the third rail and moved disabled trains.

The MTA said it had to move trains with mechanical problems from Myrtle Avenue.
Sources told CBS2 a third-rail break at Halsey Street caused several trains to lose power.
