Kristine Johnson Co-Hosts 'The Talk' On CBS

LOS ANGELES (CBSNewYork) - A familiar face joined the ladies of "The Talk" on CBS Monday.

CBS2 anchor Kristine Johnson is co-hosted the show with regular hosts Julie Chen, Eve, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood.

Actress Lucy Liu of the hit show "Elementary" and actor Don Diamont of "The Bold And The Beautiful" are guests on the show today.

The show was on hiatus last week when Roseanne Barr's controversial tweet prompted ABC to cancel her show. Monday represented Sara Gilbert's first opportunity to discuss what happened.

"The show has always been about diversity, love, and inclusion and it's sad to see it end in this way," Gilbert said. "I'm sad for the people who lost their jobs in the process, however I do understand that decision that ABC made."

During her appearance on the popular talk show, Kristine jumped on a number of topics.

This Thursday, Chris Wragge will be a co-host on the show.
