21-Year-Old Charged In Grandfather's Murder After Body Discovered Inside New Jersey Home

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- New Jersey police charged 21-year-old Jason Vicari with murder in the death of his grandfather, 81-year-old Ronald Vicari.
Officers found the body in a bathroom after SWAT teams were called to a home on Beechwood Avenue on Oct. 19.
Vicari allegedly barricaded himself inside and was eventually removed before the gruesome discovery was made.
