James Gandolfini Among Honorees In New Jersey Hall Of Fame Class Of 2014
ASBURY PARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Six members of the cast of "The Sopranos" were on hand Thursday night as James Gandolfini was inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame.
The Hall of Fame inducted its 2014 class Thursday night at the Asbury Park Convention Hall.
Gandolfini died last year in Italy. Former castmate Aida Turtorro talked about what Gandolfini would have said about the honor.

"I'm from Jersey, I'm a Jersey boy, and Jersey is honoring me, and I think that's really special," Turturro said Gandolfini would say.
Along with Gandolfini, other inductees included network news anchor Brian Williams, jazz great Dizzy Gillespie, chef Alice Waters, author Dorothy Parker, basketball great Patrick Ewing, pop group The Shirelles and former Gov. Jim Florio.
Since 2008, 80 people with ties to New Jersey have been inducted into the web-based hall. They include Bruce Springsteen, Jack Nicholson, Whitney Houston, Toni Morrison, Buzz Aldrin and Yogi Berra.
