Islanders Selling Melted Ice From Nassau Coliseum

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- It's the perfect complement to your vial of tears.

The New York Islanders are selling melted ice to commemorate their 43-year run at Nassau Coliseum.

According to the team's website, each order of ice -- which has since changed its state to liquid H2O -- costs $20 and will come with a certificate of authenticity.

Earlier this month, the Islanders posted a time-lapse video of the Coliseum rink being broken down for the final time. The franchise is relocating from Uniondale to Brooklyn's Barclays Center next season.
