Search On For Assailant After Man Is Shot Dead In Irvington, N.J.
IRVINGTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Monday were searching for the assailant who shot and killed a man in Irvington, New Jersey over the weekend.
Sean Meadows, 21, was in the 900 block of Grove Street in Irvington around 10:25 p.m. Sunday, when he was shot, according to the Essex County Prosecutor's office.
He was pronounced dead 35 minutes later at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, prosecutors said.
As of Monday night, the investigation was ongoing and no arrests had been made, prosecutors said.
