Police: Human remains found inside dumpster in parking lot in Queens

NEW YORK -- Police found human remains in a dumpster in Queens on Wednesday.

It happened outside a TD Bank at 164th Street and Union Turnpike in Hillcrest.

Police say someone called 911 around 6:30 p.m. after they noticed a foot sticking out of a blue bin in the parking lot.

The investigation is ongoing.
