Overnight Fire In Hell's Kitchen Sends 6 To Hospital
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Half a dozen people were injured when a fire broke out overnight at a residential building in Hell's Kitchen.
More than 100 firefighters responded shortly after 1 a.m. to West 50th Street near 9th Avenue.
Crews battled flames on the second and third floors of the five-story building and had the fire under control within an hour.
Three firefighters and three residents all suffered minor injuries and were treated at local hospitals.
