Harvey Weinstein Trial: Still No Verdict After Third Day Of Deliberations

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Day three of jury deliberations in Harvey Weinstein's rape and sexual assault trial ended without a verdict.

The jury was mostly silent Thursday until the very end of the day. At 4:21 p.m. and 4:25 p.m. they sent two notest to the judge.

They're requesting read back of the cross-examination and everything after of accuser Annabella Sciorra.

They also requested a list of people she told about the event, but that was not entered into evidence, and so they won't get that.

So for now, the waiting continues.

HARVEY WEINSTEIN TRIAL

Weinstein entered the courthouse Thursday the way he usually does: Hunched over his walker, answering only in the positive when asked how he's feeling.

After another full day of deliberations, there was still no verdict. The jury started at 9:30 a.m. and still had to get through all of yesterday's requests they never got to, which included looking at all written communications regarding Sciorra, phone records between Weinstein and former Sciorra friend and current Weinstein ally Paul Feldsher, and any communication with intelligence firm Black Cube.

The 67-year-old is charged with raping Jessica Mann inside a Manhattan hotel room in 2013 and forcing a sex act on Mimi Haley in 2006.

Four other accusers -- Sciorra, Tarale Wulff, Dawn Dunning and Lauren Marie Young -- also testified against the disgraced mogul during his month-long trial.

The jury of seven men and five women is considering five counts: two counts of predatory sexual assault, one count of criminal sexual act in the first degree, one count of rape in the first degree and one count of rape in the third degree.

Although Sciorra's rape claim from the early 1990s is past the statute of limitations, it's included in the predatory sexual assault charges to show a pattern of behavior.

Gloria Allred represents Haley and Sciorra.

"We're just in the courtroom, waiting for justice," Allred said.

At the end of day three, Weinstein made his way out of the courtroom, once again silent as he often is when leaving, but smiling.

He'll be back again Friday. The jury will resume deliberations at 9:30 a.m. Friday but court will end early due to a family issue for one of the defense attorneys.

Weinstein has pleaded not guilty and says any sexual encounters were consensual.
