Cops: Armed Suspects Struck Victim During Robbery At Harlem Apartment

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has asked the public for help in identifying three suspects wanted for a robbery in Harlem.

At 1 a.m. on Thursday morning, a 28-year-old man answered a knock on the door of his Saint Nicholas Avenue apartment.

He was met by three suspects who forced their way in, police said.  Two of the suspects were armed with guns, and struck the victim in the head, according to authorities.

The suspects, all black males in their early twenties, made off with cell phones, electronic equipment, and clothing.

The victim was treated at St. Luke's Hospital for a cut on his head.
