Fire Shuts Down Garden State Parkway In Brick Township
BRICK TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Part of the Garden State Parkway was shut down in both directions in Brick Township for hours Wednesday due to a fire.
Officials say the fire broke out near Exit 91 on Wednesday evening.
As CBS2's Dan Rice reports, the fire appeared to originate in a tunnel under the parkway. Smoke could be seen coming out of the tunnel and from the center divider on the parkway.
