Trump deposition: What to expect as former president faces questioning in New York attorney general civil lawsuit

NEW YORK -- Former President Donald Trump is back in New York City to face his second deposition in Attorney General Letitia James' civil lawsuit against The Trump Organization

Trump departed Trump Tower around 9:30 a.m. Thursday, making his way to Lower Manhattan.

What to expect from Trump's deposition Thursday in NYC

The former president invoked the Fifth Amendment 400 times when he testified in the case last August. 

However, CBS News reports he is expected to answer questions Thursday.

Trump's return to New York comes roughly a week after he was arraigned in the Manhattan district attorney's criminal investigation
