NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Gunfire left one man wounded and one dead in Brooklyn late Wednesday.
Police said the first victim was shot in the chest at East 29th Street and Avenue D in Flatbush. Dwayne Stephens, 21, was found lying face down, police said.
FDNY EMS crews took him to Kings County Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Moments later, a 67-year-old man was hit in the torso with a stray bullet from the shooting, outside of a laundromat on Nostrand Avenue the next block east, police said.
The suspects, linked to both victims, fled the scene in a Porsche sport-utility vehicle with New York license plates.
