Firefighters battle early morning blaze inside Harlem deli

NEW YORK -- A four-alarm fire broke out early Friday morning inside a deli in Harlem.

Firefighters responded around 4:45 a.m. to a five-story building on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard between West 122nd and 123rd streets. 

Police said the fire started inside a kitchen on the first floor, sending smoke up to the fourth floor.

More than 130 fire and EMS personnel were on the scene, and the flames were placed under control about an hour and a half later. 

No injuries were reported.
