Empire State Building Offering Tickets For Sunrise Views Of The City

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Watching the sunrise over New York City reaches new heights.

The Empire State Building is offering spectacular views of the city from the 86th floor observation deck.

Forty visitors will be allowed each morning to watch the sunrise.
